My Favorite Baby Products Part Two

It’s been three months since my last post . . . that’s what happen when you have a 9-month old! But here is part two of My Favorite Baby Products.

Aden & Anais Muslin Snap Bibs

Ok, so these might just look like overpriced fancy bibs, but let me tell you, they are worth it! Do not get bibs with velcro—they don’t wash well, they attach themselves to other clothing and ruin it, they shrink, and they look uncomfortable. These have great reviews for a reason: they are comfortable, super soft, large enough to cover your baby’s entire front when eating (believe me, that’s important), and there are three snap sizes so your baby won’t grow out of them. Get at least 6.

Aden & Anais Muslin Swaddle Blankets, Boutique

If you are having a summer baby, these are a must. Worth every penny. They aren’t just great swaddle blankets for summer (light weight, perfect!), they can also be used to block the sun over the stroller and car seat or just to have something to lay on the floor when you’re visiting friends. Please note, I typed the “boutique” version The ones sold at baby boutique’s are much softer than Target’s version. There really is a difference in the quality of the material. You can google it if you don’t believe me.

Chicco Lullaby Play Yard

This things is way more quality than most pack and play’s and works great as a bassinet. It is pretty difficult to set up and tear down, though. So I wouldn’t recommend it for travel.

Lotus Travel Crib

If you travel, this is worth getting. It’s only 10lbs, SUPER easy to set up, and . . . really, it’s just perfect. I can’t say enough about how great this has been on our trips! We’ve even used it as a pack and play for rehearsals on Sunday morning’s. Waaaay easier than a play yard/pack and play. And lighter.

Boppy Newborn Lounger

I posted about this in New Mommy Musts, but I’m posting it again because of how awesome it was. If you have a tiny baby, this is for you.

Carter’s Zip Up Sleep & Play’s

Do yourself a favor: don’t buy snap up sleepers. We have them and they take forever . . . very inconvenient when you are changing a newborn’s diaper every 30-minutes. Even now, our impatient, wiggly 9-month old does not want to lay down for an hour while we snap each snap.  These zip up’s are SO awesome and they have a little guard over the zipper so it won’t dig into your babe’s chin.

Pampers Swaddlers

They might be more expensive but they are worth it. They absorb so babe won’t get diaper rash. They don’t leak (very often, at least). Subscribe and save on amazon.com

Pampers Sensitive Wipes

Why wait to see if your kid has an allergy? Just get these. They also work great for cleaning up.

It’s move week so I must stop for now. More to come!
