Happy Sunday!
Hope you’re enjoying my MLOG so far – kind of a “journal in song.”
Wrote this song several years ago. Just a simple prayer on my guitar in my bedroom… probably around the midnight hour. Nothing spectacular. Just my heart’s cry for that evening (this morning, too!). Hope you enjoy.
More Of You
Words and Music: Stephanie Staples
You are the Love of my life
And the cry of my heart is to know you and serve you more
You are the source of my hope
From the depths of my soul I am longing for more of you
More of you, more of you
Jesus, I desire more of you
More of you, more of you
Lord, I delight in you
You are a beautiful king
And the heaven’s declare the majesty of your name
You give the weary to drink
And the needy you lift from the ashes and give them strength
More of you, more of you
Jesus, I desire more of you
More of you, more of you
Lord, I delight in you
(Repeat chorus if leading in song in praise.)
Lord, I delight in you

Aunt Stephanie,
I loved this song. I danced to it with my pen and tried to sing with you at the end. Can you make me a CD of lullabies? I love you!
