“Baked Mustard-Coated Pork Chops”—My version.

Adapted from MarthaStewart.com‘s recipe:

You can make one or more at a time.

Pork loin chop(s)
Horseradish Mustard
Bread Crumbs (plain—add some salt and pepper)

Pre-heat oven to 450.
Spread horseradish mustard over front and back of pork loin chop. (You can salt and pepper pork loin chop before this—completely optional).
Dip pork loin chop in bread crumb/salt and pepper mix (coat evenly on both sides).
Put in the oven.
Bake 7-10 minutes.

Put between two pieces of toasted bread for a yummy sandwich. Serve with chips or baked fries.

Easy, quick, tasty.
