Scotlyn’s Favorite Things

Scotlyn’s Favorite Things . . .

Wannanubs

Scotlyn has three. I recommend having at least two. One for the diaper bag, one for around the house.

Mary Meyer Levi Lion

This has been one of Scotlyn’s favorite friends since she was about 2 months old! Babies really love bright colors.

Indestructibles

They really are indestructible. Scotlyn has tried everything. Considering most baby books are made in China and probably toxic, this is a great option. Babe’s put EVERYTHING in their mouths and they LOVE sucking on books. Here is one they can’t destroy . . . and it’s supposedly safe.

Finger Puppet Books

Made in China. Probably toxic. But Scotlyn has about 4 of these and loves them all. So.Much. (Humpty Dumpty was her favorite but a leaky sippy cup ruined her copy.)

Baby’s Hug A Bible

This is a perfect little bible for wee babe’s. Adorable poems that are spot-on and the book itself is baby appropriate (no pages to tear, soft outside).

Hidden in My Heart Lullaby Album, Volume 2, especially

Jungle Jam & Friends

Scotlyn has enjoyed many a quiet hour in her crib playing and listening to this fabulous radio show for kids. I can’t believe she loves it so much considering she is only 9 months old . . . but she does! It’s fantastic—full of fun voices, lots of rhythm and harmonies. Pretty sure it’s great for her musical development. 🙂  All God’s Creatures Are Special, Cheetah Bonita Goes Solo, and King of the Jungle are what she has heard so far.

Organic Farm Buddies Plush Toy, Penny the Piggy

This toy actually makes Scotlyn squeal with excitement. Be careful of the bow, though. Had to cut ours off. Choking hazard.
